During the month of November, third and fourth grade guidance classes will focus on learning about drug abuse and its prevention. Students will receive a red ribbon during the week of November 3 - 7. Red Ribbon Week was began by the family and loved ones of a police officer who was killed in the line of duty several years ago. It is a special way to remember this officer and to teach children about the dangers of drug abuse. |
