Help Wanted

So many books, so little time…

Working is only half the fun of assisting the librarian.  If you like to read and want to expand your knowledge of children’s literature, do it here!  If you’re curious and want to know more about what your children are studying, you’ll find it on the school library shelves.  And if you really want to get as close as you can get to the subject, come and help me put books on the shelves or process new books.  All you need to know is your alphabet and be able to lift less than a pound.  Call me at 457-2784 if you’re interested.

          Paperback books paid for by the Reading Is Fundamental program are given free to every child in the school three times a year.  You are needed to help with this distribution which includes not only a book of choice but something to eat and a reading activity, every child in the school all in one day.  Good planning and we’ll sail right through.  Call me at 457-2784 if you’re interested.
